92nd Percentile

I’m at 28 weeks and just came from my obgyn appointment. My doctor said my baby is in the 92nd percentile so he’s a little bigger than normal. I’m wondering if any other moms had this told to them and had babies that were bigger than normal when born. I’m kinda scared he’s gonna be a big baby since I myself am tall and I have a history in my family of tall boys.

My little guy measured 94th percentile, and was born 8lb 15oz at 40+2 and is the cutest chunk. Worth it to invest in a good belly support band for the latter weeks of your pregnancy, you've got this!

My son was 97th percentile at 32 weeks and 95th at 36 weeks then was born at 9lbs 3 at 39+5 but he was long more then a chunky baby at birth x

My son was in the 99th percentile at most of my appointments. Induced at 39 weeks and he was born 9lbs, 12oz. He's currently a year old weighing 30lbs. Lol he's off the charts so he's at least stayed consistent.

My boy was consistently >99%, I was expecting 10lbs at least! He wound up just 8lb 2oz at 39+3

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

Period like cramps

Hi
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and I keep getting period like cramps I thought these were Brixton hicks but I’ve heard they only last 30 seconds ish as this can go on for a good time frame then go away and come back, they aren’t bad enough where I can’t do basic things they just feel like I’m about to get my period I’m jus wondering how normal this is? Baby is still very actively kicking xx

C section or natural?

I am a control freak and thinking c section is the least stressful route for me and baby… less complications during labour etc. whilst acknowledging recovering can be hard.
If it could be guaranteed no tearing or complications then I would opt for natural and kind of want to experience the feeling.
Then again could plan and go either way 😂 arghh!
Anyone else in this predicament?

Midwife check

Can someone remind me when the midwife visits you at home? Is it the day after you’re discharged? And is that the same on the weekend or do they not visit then? Thanks!

Owlet

Anyone else’s owlet pi##ing them off ?!?! It goes off 5/6 a night saying it can’t get a reading and needs a snug fit. My baby is 8 months old so moves a lot. It is driving me insane and I keep end up taking it off!!
