Hey mamas! Question for those who’ve dealt with toddler constipation. My almost 4-year-old sometimes has a hard time pooping and I’m trying to be more intentional about what I’m feeding her and what she’s drinking. What foods have helped your kiddos stay regular? I’ve heard things like fruits, veggies, whole grains, etc., but would love real-life meal/snack ideas that actually work for picky toddlers 😅 Also, what drinks help the most—water, juice (if so which kind), anything else? Trying to keep it gentle and natural. Thanks so much in advance! 🫶

My kid has had same issue almost since birth. Originally from Dr. and now my recommendations would be prunes if she will eat (mine won't) freeze them in pieces is best bet, pear juice (I dilute 50% with water, works wonders in like 6 hours) and avoid bananas, carrots and apples.

MiraLAX just to the inside line. My daughter had a bowel obstruction last year around this time worked like a charm. She is a picky eater so it comes and goes. Does the trick everytime

I make these oatballs for my son and he just considers them a dessert. But they have a lot of fiber in them so I think that helps him. Cause I know when I eat to many of them they make me go 😂 they are pretty tasty though and have some good stuff in them if you ever want the recipe just let me know.
