Positive or negative 😶

I thought i had period last month, but it was very different to my normal cycle. It was much lighter and pink for the first few days in total I had the normal 6 days and it came on time so I marked it in my calendar thinking nothing of it. I have felt horrible ever since thinking I was low in iron or had a hormone imbalance. I had a head cold(blocked nose), super fatigue, head aches, throwing up, moody over emotional but still it hadn't clicked that I could be pregnant until I had metalic taste in my mouth for days and thats when I thought maybe..... I also check my blood pressure because i had dizzy spells and it was 94/71 with 113 beats per minute. Which i know having low blood pressure and high pulse is a early pregnancy sign so I have taken a test and I think I can see a faint line but still not convinced until it gets darker. With my calculations I would only be 2-3weeks pregnant.
Is this a faint positive 😳?

Assuming a miscarriage

Hey all i'm 5+1. I've been bleeding heavy and loss of symptoms.
How long does it take for tests to turn negative? EPU won't scan me for another 12 days

PAPP-A

In my first pregnancy my PAPP-A was 2.25 but this time round it’s 0.896. I know it’s not classed as low, but I can’t help but worry over how different it is compared to my first.

My Down’s syndrome test also came back very different this time round at 1 in 660 when in my first pregnancy it was 1 in 10000.

There’s only been 2 years between the pregnancies, so I’m not sure age could have caused such a huge change, could it?

I’m so embarrassed telling my husband about the pregnancy, I told him once I got a darker line and positive digital but this one still ended in a mc. Just had one in July as well. I hate that I brung it up just to end this way. I don’t even know how to feel rn.

Question?

Today I am 11 DPO and this is what I got when I used an ovulation test strip? Is it true that it can also pick up HCG??? Just wanted to know if that's a thing. I'm supposed to come on my period Saturday.......
