I feel like I'm failing.

I have a list of medical conditions, and I have good days but so often I'm completely drained. One causes me to have low blood sugar, it's so rare and I feel so alone and scared.
On top of all that I have emetophobia (with OCD) that is so severe I don't know how to cope any more. I've tried exposure therapy, hypnotherapy and have read books to try and help. I'm on the waiting list for CBT but the wait is long. It affects what I eat and so my energy levels are even worse as a result.
My son is 4 and I struggle to entertain him and get out with him as much as I'd like.
As a partner I'm a failure because my anxiety means I'm always on edge and have to have days where I just rest, my partner works 5 days a week, I work 3, neither of us get a break so I feel rotten when my body shuts down.
As a daughter and a friend I'm a shell of who I was, so on edge that I barely smile or laugh. I have to cancel things when I'm unwell and feel like I have to make up excuses and always feel like people are annoyed or want to give up on me.

I don't know how to keep doing this 💔

Oh babes, my heart goes out to you! I do not have a lot of physical issues myself, but mental health, chronic fatigue, feeling like a shell- I get that. You're not alone. You're not a burden. And the people who care about you- really care- they won't give up on you. If you need an ear, I know I'm a total stranger, but feel free to message me!

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰

Hi ya'll

Is anyone else's 4 month old randomly screeching now? I'm not sure what to do and she's been doing this for the past two days. She's usually a quiet happy baby so im not sure why she's doing this now. Aby suggestions?

Baby losing weight

Hi all, it's been a long time since I had a baby (my son is 15!). My daughter is 10 days old and was 9lb born, she has since lost weight at every appointment and is at a 12% loss. I am breast feeding every two hours for over an hour and topping her up every feed. I pump and can get 60ml in 10 minutes so I know my supply is okay. Anyone had this before? Can give me some tips? I currently feel like I'm letting my baby down.
