I thought my bigger concern would be having three babies under three but I had to be induced at 38 weeks due too over production of amniotic fluid and baby being transverse to breech leading to a cesarean. It's been two weeks and I just randomly cry and don't feel like myself it is so scary my MIL just went back home (she lives over seas) so support is limited again. I don't feel like it could turn into PPD because I literally can't afford to be out of it I guess I am asking has anyone dealt with this after a c-section and how long did it take to go away?

The hormone crash down after a baby c section or vaginal is rough especially in the first two weeks. But already having two kids I suspect this feels different which is why you think the c section portion may be related. I don’t believe that is the case but rather it’s more indicative of the tough situation you’re in. 3 under 3 with minimal help is isolating and exhausting and you’re recovering from a major surgery making it even harder. I know you don’t want to hear this but it seems very likely that it is PPD. It is incredibly common but also horrible to deal with. Message your OB and ask for help and advice. Consider going on medication and starting therapy (as if that’s possible with babies…but if it is for you - great!). Definitely don’t ignore this though. It doesn’t get better without effort and often meds

lol your fine I can deal with hard truths (for the most part lol) I like to say denial is a river and I bought a boat lol but I will follow up with my OB and see what she suggests.
