How to get higher dose of folic acid ?

How do I get the prescription for higher dose of folic acid ? As I have a slightly high BMI .
Tried doctors and they say mid wife’s but I won’t see them for ages .and should be taking first 12 weeks .

Couples counselling

Has anyone tried couples counselling and found it helpful? Going through a difficult stage in marriage for a while now and we’re just not able to resolve conflict anymore. I have suggested couples therapy but he’s doesn’t think we need it yet.

How do u handle prolong sex for yeast infections.
I just found out that sex over an hr can cause it an now I am dealing with it.
Like do u an partner do it once a month or pick a date.
I love sex with my husband only. An its literally everyday or close to it.
