Couples counselling

Has anyone tried couples counselling and found it helpful? Going through a difficult stage in marriage for a while now and we’re just not able to resolve conflict anymore. I have suggested couples therapy but he’s doesn’t think we need it yet.

Me and my husband are quite good at resolving things however we go to couples therapy just to learn what the others needs are and how to understand eachother more. Never too soon to go to therapy. Also dont use it as a point scoring go there with an open mind and both try and self reflect. ( easier said than done) honestly im pro therapy 😅 including chat gbt 🤣

Then I guess you have to be blunt and tell him you DO need it! What is he doing on his end to resolve this conflict? Him saying it isn't needed "yet" implies he's trying another strategy first - but if he actually isn't, and he's just stuck his head in the sand waiting for things to magically resolve on their own, then that's unsustainable and he needs a reality check

Can we talk about how hard it actually is to make mum friends?

You can have a lovely conversation with another mum, exchange numbers and genuinely think, “I’d love to be friends with her”… then somehow life gets busy and you never actually see each other again

Sometimes I think we all want mum friends, but we’re all tired, busy and waiting for someone else to make the first move.

So I’m curious… what do you find hardest about making mum friends?
Is it approaching someone? Keeping the friendship going? Finding mums with similar interests/ages of kids? Or just finding the time to actually meet? 👀

Let’s have a real mum-to-mum chat 💕 And if you’re also looking for genuine friendships, don’t be shy — say hi, you never know who might be looking for a mum friend too 🫶🏽

Any single parents out there?

Let’s connect! How are we all coping? Got a 6 month old baby, it’s a beautiful journey but boy can’t it be exhausting!

Pics…

Does anyone actually get turned on by their partner sending dick pics? Mine complains that I don’t flirt over text and I don’t like sending pictures, this also means I don’t like receiving…
