20 week scan booking?

When did everyone find out when their appt was? I'm 18 weeks tomorrow and still havent got a date for the 20 week scan through :-/

Mine came through on badger notes shortly after my 12 week scan and I got a letter shortly afterwards

They booked mine at my 12 week scan (we use paper notes here). Might be worth calling your midwife team?

I got a letter through about a month ago. I'd give your midwife unit a ring to find out.

They scheduled mine at 12 weeks too

I got mine the same time I got my 12 week scan around 8 weeks!

I got mine booked around 18 weeks as well. They couldn't book me in at the 12 week scan and told me that they will book it as soon as there is availability. I called once and was told I was still in the list. Then a lovely midwife chased this for me and it was booked afterwards. Might be worth calling them this week and next week to see where you are in the waiting list.

I also got booked at 12 weeks. You should chase as there is only a few weeks window to do it. If you miss it, the results might not be as accurate. Good luck!

normal or infected?

5 weeks post c section , i went at the beginning of the week as my wound had opened completely different area to what’s leaking. was told it didn’t look infected. anyone know if this is normal coming off it, it’s only a little amount at a time

Induction?

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

Induction or c section?

As a last resort, would you rather be induced or have a planned c section?

Really not liking the thought of being induced from people’s experiences I’ve read!

Worth the wait and pain. Baby girl arrived at 7:15 this am weighing 7lbs 6oz. She is so calm and chill.

I am so done with pregnancy !

Everything i do hurt . I sit down / i stand up / i walk / i lie down. I am in pain ! I am tired ! His mouvement hurt down there like electricity chock ! My back is on fire ! If i walk more then 5 minutes i feel like i am going to die ( low ferritine) the acid reflux is crazy . I mean i can’t and don’t wanna do this no more . Only 31 weeks !

Almost 37 weeks + told to do another growth scan

I just had my second to last doctor’s appointment this morning, and my OB told me she wants me to do another growth scan because my belly is measuring small. She says it’s probably just because I’m a smaller woman, but they like to be safe. It’s hard to hear though, since I just did one a couple months ago.

I did this with my firstborn around this time of pregnancy, so I do think I just carry smaller (even though I don’t feel like I look “small” at all). My first baby was 6lbs 15oz when she was born at 41 weeks + 2 days. I’m having this baby at 39 weeks on April 7. I hope she’s still at least 6lbs.

Anyone have any stories similar to this?
