Help! Milk supply tanked

I’m about to be 1 year pp and my baby still nurses every 2 hours and on demand and I am all of a sudden only making 1 oz on each side and she’s been so fussy I’m assuming because she’s hungry. She keeps trying to nurse every 20-30 min i don’t feel like she eats enough food to keep her going we do a lot of fruit and veggie smoothies and high fat foods when she does eat but she only ever takes a few bites at a time. How do I get my supply up again? I know she won’t need it for that much longer and people give their babies formula but I would much rather try to get my supply up because I planned to breast feed for at least 2 years and she still wants to nurse I’m just not making much. I’ve tried the liquid gold supplements and upping my protein intake and making myself some lactation snacks with brewers yeast but it’s not increasing

Hmmmm you're body may be telling you something. Is your baby eating 3 meals a day (solids)? At that age, you shouldn't need to nurse as much and when you do, it should be for a longer stretch. I would try to make a schedule and alternate boob and food throughout the day. Morning milk, then breakfast in the high chair, maybe play music and make it fun. During the meal, she can use a sippy cup to start learning to quench thirst with water. Then repeat for lunch, then milk, then dinner, then bedtime milk.
I bet your already doing something similar of course but when I nursed my 2 oldest, this is how it went around that same age and then by a year an a half, we weaned them completely.

Haha see you do it already! You're a great mom!:)
So if you feed her, she still won't eat it? Do you think it's a texture thing then?
What if you were to skip her morning nursing and just feed her breakfast? She should be starving right? Maybe that could force her to actually swallow the food.

She is obsessed with water and asks for her cup all day long I don’t think she’s actually thirsty she just likes the independence of having her own cup. but has always nursed every 2 hrs and wakes often at night to nurse. She has been only walking 1-2 times but she’s started walking every 1-2 hrs to nurse. She is a good weight and healthy and has plenty of poop and pee diapers per day I just want to be able to up my milk supply so I can at least continue storing some to as to her foods and stuff. Her nursing sessions are like 8-10 min every 2 hrs plus random times in between if she hurts herself or something and then for nails or bedtime she stays latched for a good 20-30 min before letting go on her own.

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰

Hi ya'll

Is anyone else's 4 month old randomly screeching now? I'm not sure what to do and she's been doing this for the past two days. She's usually a quiet happy baby so im not sure why she's doing this now. Aby suggestions?

Baby losing weight

Hi all, it's been a long time since I had a baby (my son is 15!). My daughter is 10 days old and was 9lb born, she has since lost weight at every appointment and is at a 12% loss. I am breast feeding every two hours for over an hour and topping her up every feed. I pump and can get 60ml in 10 minutes so I know my supply is okay. Anyone had this before? Can give me some tips? I currently feel like I'm letting my baby down.
