We love our Nuna rava! Our 4.5 year old is still comfortably rear facing in it but if you have a tall child who is close or over 49 inches then the Chicco my fit or Britax grow with you click tight would be good options! Try to keep him in a harness vs seat belt as long as possible, I know sometimes it’s impossible but it’s so much safer 🩷🩷

A 5 year old is way too young to be in just a seatbelt. They NEED to be in a harness until around 7 or 8

My son is in a front facing full back booster seat he will be 5 in July, but we still use the 5 point harness style booster seats. I'm just not comfortable with a seatbelt yet probably closer to 6 I'll take the straps off and convert to the seat belt (maybe lol)

Mine still has the high back i bought about taking the high back off and leaving the booster only but im too scared she’s gonna slide to the side or slice her throat with the belt so im NOT DOING IT for another year or so…. Im probably being dramatic but heck no to a slice lol

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

Am I wrong?

I’ve been wanting to add more garden beds to my garden. Husband says “hey do you want to go to Home Depot to get that wood for the garden beds.” Cool I’m excited I’ve been wanting to get this done for awhile.

We get there and we’re picking out wood and I make 2 comments about how I don’t like how 2 pieces of wood look that he picked out. And he says if you’re going to be this picky then u can do this yourself.

I literally made 2 comments and mind you I’m the one paying for the wood.

I felt dismissed and like my opinion didn’t matter and if I wanted to have an opinion then I need to do it myself. Like what?

It was rude and not okay. Am I wrong? Am I overreacting?

He thinks it was fine that he said that.

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣

6 month old autistism

My 6 month old makes no eye contact with me and doesn’t respond when I call him. Can this just be a phase or personality trait as apposed to autism
