25 week midwife appointment

Hiya just wondering has anyone had their 25 week midwife appointment yet?

Just wanting to know what to expect.

It’s just your usual - Doppler to hear heart beat, test urine and blood pressure and more leaflets. X

And they will also measure the size of your tummy to establish baby’s growth

I finally got my whooping cough vaccine then the usual urine dip and blood pressure. She also listened to the heart beat with the Doppler and measured my stomach for the first time this pregnancy. Gave me my mat B1 form for work and the baby box leaflet

Just the usual.
Quick chat to how you’re doing and how everything is at home,
Blood pressure,
Urine test,
Doppler (if that’s something your midwife offers)

And if your not high risk / having frequent scans they’ll measure your belly

normal or infected?

5 weeks post c section , i went at the beginning of the week as my wound had opened completely different area to what’s leaking. was told it didn’t look infected. anyone know if this is normal coming off it, it’s only a little amount at a time

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

Induction?

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

Baby names

My daughter‘s name is valentýna and I’m struggling to find other nice girl and boy names beginning with V I’ve got a few and I’ve got loads that aren’t beginning with V, but I feel like I wanna go for all vs and I also love girl and boys names that match so because my daughter’s name is valentýna I would love to call my son Valentino my husband does not agree 😃

Induction or c section?

As a last resort, would you rather be induced or have a planned c section?

Really not liking the thought of being induced from people’s experiences I’ve read!

I am so done with pregnancy !

Everything i do hurt . I sit down / i stand up / i walk / i lie down. I am in pain ! I am tired ! His mouvement hurt down there like electricity chock ! My back is on fire ! If i walk more then 5 minutes i feel like i am going to die ( low ferritine) the acid reflux is crazy . I mean i can’t and don’t wanna do this no more . Only 31 weeks !
