Moody, demanding 4mo but am drained

My baby is going through a regression and is 4 months old, the last week or so he isnt his chirpy bubbly self and is very difficult to deal with. When i set him down he starts groaning and complaining and when i pivk him up he is the same. He is usually the best baby ever and so happy and easy but lately im starting to feel like im doing something wrong and my confidence has dropped and now have a lot of anxiety. I dont know what to do ive tried it all.

Peace of mind please

I shot up at 4am last night and had the urge to check my little boy who sleeps in a cot next to our bed.
For the first time he has rolled over and was sleeping on his stomach, my heart dropped.
I was so scared that I picked him up to make sure he was okay and he was just sound asleep…

What are we supposed to do if they roll over in their sleep?! He’s almost 6 months old and I’m prettified of him rolling and it being a different outcome if I don’t wake up..

Just need some peace of mind that this is
okay?

6m old not sleeping

My 6m old won’t sleep. He goes bed at 8/8.30. He’ll sleep until 3am and then he just wakes up like he’s ready for the day.
He’s not hungry, cold, too hot, not teething ect but it’s been going on for about a week. He then won’t go back to sleep until 5ish then he wakes every single morning at 7 on the dot. I’m exhausted. Anyone got any tips on helping this because he’s then so mardy throughout the day due to lack of sleep.

Moving 18 week old to her own room

Just looking for some advice really. I know at this age (18 weeks) she will most likely be going through sleep regression BUT I have been thinking for a while now about the time to put her in her own cot.. she’s in a next to me one at the moment and is constantly hitting the sides with her feet and she’s waking up so so much! Has any other mums moved their babies to their own room?

We have the owlet sock and camera so of course would keep an eye on her and I’m planning on sleeping in the room with her to begin with just to see if she sleeps any better. I know it’s advised 6 months due to SIDS but feel as though we would all get better sleep

I don’t really know what to do as me and my partner are EXHAUSTED

P.s she does nap through the day really well in her own bed so she is used to it

How are you BOTH getting sleep with a newborn?! 😴

Hey mamas 🤍

Looking for any advice or tips on how to protect a few hours of sleep for both me and my partner 🙏

We have a 5-week-old who usually wakes around 12/1/2am (depending on bedtime), and then again around 3/4/5am. My partner works from 7am to 5pm usually, so evenings can feel a bit full-on, and nights are quite broken at the moment (which I understand is quite normal!).

We’re combi feeding, as in the baby has expressed breast milk during the day, and we switch to formula overnight.

Would love to hear what’s worked for you from shifts, routines, anything that helped you both get a bit more rest 💭✨

Colic Baby

Anyone else have a colic baby? If so how do you cope with it and get your sleep in? I’ve tried everything under the sun, on top of this he’s cluster feeding like hell.
