How many naps are your 11 months old taking?

Im a FTM. My daughter is down to 1 nap a day and most days i can still barely get her to sleep before 10 pm. And her nap is from 10ish am - 12ish pm. Looking for some insight on if this is normal or not. Shes got her one year appointment next week.

Hi mama! My little one turns one next week! And these past few weeks she’s dropped down to just one nap as well! She sleeps about 2 hours too! I would say this is normal! I’ve talked to a couple other mamas who experienced this as well around the same time as their baby turning 1.

Mine takes 2 naps and is on a set schedule :) wake up 7-7:30am, nap at 9:30-10:30, nap at 3:30-4:30, bedtime at 8:30

She wakes up 6:30-7 and then naps 10-12 and refuses to go to sleep before 8pm at the earliest

Mine takes two naps still, but she’s been very resistant lately. I think she’s gonna drop to one nap soon!

We are down to a single two hour nap after lunch. On occasion he may need a 30 minute nap in the morning but that’s rare. He goes to bed around 8 though he’s a restless sleeper. Lately he’s been waking between 6:15 and 7 am.

Thats another issue im facing is she moves sooo much in her sleep. I dont know if shes not getting adequate sleep or what. I feel like that contributes to the constant wake ups throughout the night

Mine is taking one long nap around noon or maybe two short naps if he happens to fall asleep at the gym childcare or on the way home which is always around 1030. I try to keep him up until we get home so he can have a proper long nap but it doesn’t always workout that way

I wish my baby took long naps 😆 she does like 10-15 minute power naps like 3-4 times a day. She's a great night time sleeper tho. Wakes up around 7am, has her first bottle and breakfast. Spend some qt time and then she sleeps again until around 11am.

Mine takes 2. He usually wakes around 6-7am. If he wakes about 6, he naps from 9:30-10:30 for nap 1, then 2:00-3:30 for nap 2, then bedtime routine starts at 7:30 and he’s down around 8.

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰

Hi ya'll

Is anyone else's 4 month old randomly screeching now? I'm not sure what to do and she's been doing this for the past two days. She's usually a quiet happy baby so im not sure why she's doing this now. Aby suggestions?

Baby losing weight

Hi all, it's been a long time since I had a baby (my son is 15!). My daughter is 10 days old and was 9lb born, she has since lost weight at every appointment and is at a 12% loss. I am breast feeding every two hours for over an hour and topping her up every feed. I pump and can get 60ml in 10 minutes so I know my supply is okay. Anyone had this before? Can give me some tips? I currently feel like I'm letting my baby down.
