Not baby related but I am 17weeks pregnant !! Last week my right heel around my ankle started hurting for 2 days then got better . Yesterday it started hurting again , it's worse when I have been sat down / asleep and goes off after walking for a few minutes. I have been wearing sketchers . I can't remember hurting it . Any advice welcome please.

I had plantar fasciitis during my pregnancy, and it started in the 2nd trimester. It’s very common despite how irritating it is, and if you’ve not hurt yourself then I can assume that this is probably what you’ve got. PF is a common side effect of the increase of relaxin, as it loosens your ligaments. It goes away after delivery usually. I would try and find a pair of shoes/trainers with good arch support for the time being x

I have this apparently it's plants fascitis for me because I have no protein in my urine yet. As a stand alone symptom it can be plantar fasciatus but if you have headaches and other stuff I would mention to your midwife as it might be preeclampsia related.
Having baths or having my feet massaged seems to help ❤️
I had a scan 2 weeks ago (thinking I was 6 weeks) because of a previous ectopic. Baby was in the right place but only measuring 5w4d, so no definitive heartbeat.
They booked me back in for a scan today (been such a hard 2 weeks wait! (Too many of those)) and baby has grown and has a strong heart beat!
Just wanted to post incase anyone else goes and is worried like I was, there is still hope that baby is growing 💗

This is a potty shot scan pic from my 20 week scan - we had a private scan at 17 weeks and were told one gender. Fast forward to 20 week scan and we have just been told the opposite gender.
Would love anyone’s opinions on what gender we are having?! X

Is it just me or is anyone else utterly exhausted? I work 30 hours (4 days a week) and have twins who are almost 3. I have them on my own 1 day a week, 2 days per week with my partner then I work the other 4 and I am shattered. I barely keep on top of the housework and I'm running behind in basically everything. On my days off, if I don't have a nap then I stiggle to get through the day. Surely this isn't just me? How is everyone else managing to get through the day? When I see other mums going on days out with their children I genuinely don't understand how they have the energy to get through it.
I have regular b12 injections for deficiency and also take iron supplements for deficiency. I don't think they make much difference but dread to think how I'd be without them!

I got sent for a growth scan today due to the bump measurement not changing in 2 weeks. Been today and they said baby is measuring 4th percentile. I’m 38 weeks and haven’t had any previous growth scans due to the bump growth always following the chart and being low risk. They’ve said baby needs to come out ASAP so they offered me an induction. I’ve had this now and it was painful but it doesn’t last very long! Very proud of myself for going through with it! Is anyone else going through this? They are estimating baby is 5 and a half pounds so I’m trying to be positive as myself and my husband and our sisters were all 6lb or under. I wasn’t expecting a big baby. The concern from the doctors is that the baby’s head is 1 percentile and they can’t see an obvious reason as to why. They have no other data to go off, as I haven’t had a scan since 20 weeks where I was 50 percentile. Really hoping the induction works and I don’t need a c section! 🤞

Hey! I am 38 weeks and my baby is always very very active but today seems a bit less than normal. I still can feel him moving but less. Would you consider this a reason to call the triage?
