Low milk supply

Hello guys,

My girl was born at 34 weeks and I am 10 days postpartum. I only get 5 ml per breast each pumping session, it’s so exhausting because I am trying my very best over here, pumping at least 6-7 times, hydrating myself, eating good but still the outcome is not good. I do put her against my breast so she can try and at least my brain gets the signal to produce milk. My baby doesn’t even try to open her mouth to latch but as soon as I give her the bottle, she opens her mouth right away. Please did anyone else went from such a low supply to a sufficient amount.

5 ml per breast is amazing! Remember babies tummy is super small...doesn't need much milk.

You are doing great mama!

Stroller recommendations

Hi everyone

Can I please ask for stroller reviews from anyone who loves their strollers especially if you push it on cobblestones or rough terrain.

I have a mama’s and papas Flip TX3 which I absolutely hate! Everytime I use it I get back pain from steering it. It’s also super bumpy and makes me worry about baby but she seems not to mind. Baby is 4 months and we have only used it 5 times. If you have a Flip TX3 , does it get better when baby is older and can sit up?

I chose it because of the lie flat option as I didn’t get a bassinet and also because its foldable and we live on the first floor.

I really need something which is those two things but with great suspension.

Thank you

Struggling

My baby just turned 3 weeks and although I was doing so well at the start, I feel like I’m being worn down now. I’m exclusively breastfeeding and my life being constant 2 hour increments of feeding, burping, changing and trying to soothe a fussy baby, then grabbing whatever scraps of sleep I can when he goes down is so exhausting. One of my boobs has now started hurting (not the nipple, the boob itself) and I’m so stressed at night trying to get through without my partner waking as he has work the next day. I’m not sure what I’m asking for, I suppose I’m just venting to feel less alone. I’m so grateful to have my baby, but this is so hard and I’m scared.
