Black out blinds

I am thinking of buying the Tommee tippee travel black out blinds. I’ve seen some mixed reviews - the thing that concerns me is I’ve seen that they can actually damage the glass??
Does anyone have experience with these blinds or have recs for something else?
I do actually plan to use them at home too so that I don’t have to buy two different products but windows are old Victorian original sash single glazed so it’s important they don’t break the glass. I would buy something else for home but I can’t seem to get anything that fits our window. However for now my main question is the travel blinds and whether it’s worth buying

We have the tommee tippee black out blind and ive put a bit of velcro just under the curtain pole and then stick it up every time its used i felt like it was a real faff to keep it stuck tk the window and to actually block the light otherwise x

We have those and also have victorian sash windows and it was fine for us, but the suction does get strong, which it should as they're quite heavy. But if you break the seal with your nail and don't just try to pull it off forcefully I think it should be fine?

thanks for your replies, it seems that it doesn’t actually block out all the light?

They don’t fully block out the lights as the gaps between the suction cups are quite large so it would make sense to get the Velcro to stick on. We used 2 sheets for our windows as they were quite large. But now we just got custom blinds. You can check blinds2go they do fully black out and they are not as expensive as going to a curtain or blind shop

We have one and weren’t rolling it up/taking it down during the day and our window cracked. We assume due to the heat caused by the blind.

Baby poops

I’m going alittle crazy! My ebf 11 week old for the past 3 weeks will only poop every 6 days. Brought it up to the pediatrician and I’ve done everything they told us to do. Bicycle kicks, tummy rubs, rectal temp check, warm baths and even a suppository. He is very low on the percentile like 9% so I feel like he isn’t holding on to the milk and about day 4 he is so uncomfortable. We took him to the ER Saturday and they did a xray and just told us he had gas. Went to a follow-up peds appointment and they started him on liquid Pepcid due to possible silent reflux. He burps & farts during/ after feeds. We give mylicon or gripe water for the gas discomfort which helps sometimes. I have a feeling this isn’t normal especially when he used to poop everyday.
Pic so we don’t get lost

Leftover pregnancy/postpartum products

I have a load of leftover products either unopened or only used once, it seems a shame to throw them away any ideas what I can do with them? I don’t have any friends expecting or likely to get pregnant soon and I guess most places wouldn’t take them as donations? Based in London.

Feeling anxious and depressed

Hi everyone
Sorry about the subject I just want someone to talk to. I’ve been feeling anxious and depressed for a long time but since having my children I just don’t want them to see me sad and worried all the time.
I went to the doctors to discuss this with them and was recommended doing couch to 5k with no other help offered? Is this normal.
I understand exercise can sometimes help but I don’t have the time whatsoever as I have no family to help.
I cried my eyes out to this male doctor who offered a few leaflets and couch to 5k and ended it as that.
I left the room in tears.
I’ve never wanted to burden anyone with my problems so I’ve just kept silent about it ever since but I just want to feel happy again
I’m sorry for the sensitive subject

Milk leaking

Does anyone have any tips on how to stop milk leaking? After pumping I’ll put on a nipple pad but it gets soaked up and I leak through my tops/pyjamas.

Does anyone have any nipple pad recommendations? At the moment I’m just using the Boots own make.
