Milk leaking

Does anyone have any tips on how to stop milk leaking? After pumping I’ll put on a nipple pad but it gets soaked up and I leak through my tops/pyjamas.

Does anyone have any nipple pad recommendations? At the moment I’m just using the Boots own make.

Get some collectors, wish I brought them sooner after so it can collect the annoying leakage

Lansinoh nipple pads are great. Also the haakaa milk collector shells are great as they slot into your bra but don't bend over with them in 😂 i learnt the hard way and milk went everywhere.

Unfortunately I don't think you can stop the leakage xx

I got bras from TikTok with built in breast pads and it’s massively helped

Saw someone with bad leakage had a collector it’s just a milk pump collector without the pump parts and she just wore that for a little bit. Leakage also suggests you need to empty more. Farmer and planning to breastfeed the cows get leakage when still too full or waiting to be milked it’s just part of being a milk producer 🙈😂

Thanks everyone! The leakage is definitely making me regret pumping now 😖 I’m pumping every 3 hours with the Momcozy M5 smart pump which empties me well but 2 hours later I’ll be leaking through my bra and my tops. Just so frustrating, puts me off leaving the house (I’m 1 week pp).

Baby poops

I’m going alittle crazy! My ebf 11 week old for the past 3 weeks will only poop every 6 days. Brought it up to the pediatrician and I’ve done everything they told us to do. Bicycle kicks, tummy rubs, rectal temp check, warm baths and even a suppository. He is very low on the percentile like 9% so I feel like he isn’t holding on to the milk and about day 4 he is so uncomfortable. We took him to the ER Saturday and they did a xray and just told us he had gas. Went to a follow-up peds appointment and they started him on liquid Pepcid due to possible silent reflux. He burps & farts during/ after feeds. We give mylicon or gripe water for the gas discomfort which helps sometimes. I have a feeling this isn’t normal especially when he used to poop everyday.

Sex..

I’m really not interested at all 8 weeks post partum and my husband has been asking. I had a traumatic birth with forceps, an episiotomy and a small tear in vagina. We didn’t really have sex during pregnancy and that was fine as we were both a little weirded out by it!

I just wanted to check if others have felt the same!

8 week jabs

My boy had his 8 weeks jabs this morning, he has a temp of 38.2 and has had 3 lots of calpol. He will not settle unless on me and he’s so sad… complete opposite to his normal self😢 anyone else’s baby really struggle after their jabs? Think I’m in for a long night

Placenta Encapsulation

Curious what everyone is planning to do with their placenta after birth. Has anyone tried encapsulation, or is anyone considering it?

I’ve been looking into the process and would love to hear real experiences, good or bad. Is it worth it?

BRUE ??

my baby randomly stopped breathing last night we had to call end it was the scariest thing ever .. he’s okay right now he has a room in the nicu and they’re keeping him overnight again. it’s gonna be so hard leaving him here while we go home 💔 they said it was just unexplained and something called BRUE??? he also has acid reflux and they mentioned baby asthma ? i’m so lost and so scared how do you even recover from this?! i’m scared for him to sleep at home when we sleep :(

Stuffed up at night

My daughter seems to only get a stuffy nose at night when she’s lying flat is anyone else’s baby the same?
