Hi mamas! I need your help to see if anyone else is experiencing this. I’m 10 months PP. I got my first period a couple months ago. I also EBF, and breastfeed probably 2-3x a night still.
A couple months ago while I was ovulating, I woke up in the middle of the night with intense nausea and stomach hurting that made me feel like I had to poop. It lasted like an hour ish and calmed down after eating and drinking water.
The same thing happened again last night, a day before my period. I woke up with nausea and stomach hurting and had to poop. It also got better after eating some crackers and drinking lots of water.
It’s such an uncomfortable feeling. My poops are normal. All I can think of is that it’s days that are around my cycle and days I don’t eat too much. Last meal I ate was probably like 6 pm.
Does this happen to anyone if you don’t eat or drink too much water? It’s an intense feeling. Not normal hunger pain.
Thanks!

Can anyone please help me advise what to buy for my hospital bag when it comes to maternity pads/knickers? I am very stuck! Not sure obviously whether this will end in vaginal birth or c section, but any recommendations would be very handy!

I had my first scan and baby is looking very healthy so far! (Measuring around 9 weeks) I do have some health problems and considered high risk so it was a big relief to know that so far everything is going okay

Hey, has anyone got pictures of their rooms from LGI labour ward?
I'm making my birthing plan and wondering if I'll sound silly when giving my preferences for environment. For example, I've asked for a dim room with sensory lights if possible. But if its your typical white basic room I won't bother coming across as a primadonna 😅
