Can anyone please help me advise what to buy for my hospital bag when it comes to maternity pads/knickers? I am very stuck! Not sure obviously whether this will end in vaginal birth or c section, but any recommendations would be very handy!

Get the adult nappies, I really didn’t like the idea of it and bought disposable underwear and pads but they just kept rolling down into my fresh scar and it was awful. Also faffing trynna stick a pad at 2 am? Nah. Won’t be doing pads this time round personally. They make ones specifically for post baby bleeding I’ve heard

It’s really personal, depends what you prefer. I bought lots of adult nappies and didn’t end up using them, the maternity pads were more than enough and it made me feel a bit more like myself than the nappies! I moved on to regular pads + menstrual underwear after a couple days

My fave were lil-lets maternity pads 🩷

The amazon adult nappies worked for me, i also got the abena maternity pads and stuck them inside it was easy to sick another in and no fuss if it leaked.

Always post partum disposable pants have been 10/10 for me!

I had my first scan and baby is looking very healthy so far! (Measuring around 9 weeks) I do have some health problems and considered high risk so it was a big relief to know that so far everything is going okay

Has anyone here had a prenatal massage? Because I can't stand the pain in my neck and back, and I'm also scared to get one; I'm 18 weeks along.
