Groin pain

Hey, I’m just wondering if anyone has suffered with groin and pelvis pain around 15 weeks? I’m really struggling ans day to day tasks are getting tough already and I’m not even half way! Does anyone have any suggestions? Xx

I had this with #2 and was diagnosed with pelvic girdle pain and then a hernia. With #3 now I know its more hernia and a support belt for this has saved me. With #2 I was on crutches at 12 weeks and in a wheelchair the last 8 weeks. This time im 18 weeks and managing with just the belt. I also have a pregnancy support belt but haven't needed it just yet. I have to sit down a lot, standing and walking too much makes it worse.

Yes unfortunately after first trimester when I started walking again I realised I had this pain too. Soon was diagnosed with SPD.

Taking small steps and belt helps. I went to an osteopath and it helped me a lot but I wish I had done that sooner.
They did tell me to not stretch my legs too much but releasing some inner thigh tension helped me tremendously. It went away as soon as I gave birth though.

Please do talk to your gp and maybe get some physio. Xx

Aww I found this. Like the baby was very low down. Which was confirmed by midwife at 16 weeks. Then lots of pain and straining until now 18 weeks
I feel like baby and uterus have moved up since and it feels better now. There is hope haha even though some symptoms feel like they’ll last forever!
So hope that it gets easier for you too! :)

Advice

I’m 10 weeks postpartum,
We tried doing the duty (sorry don’t know how to word things in here), and right away it hurt. Like sharp sore pain.

Can this be normal after a c-section??

Natural inducing methods

Give me all your tips and tricks please! Due October 27th and they want to induce me on the 20th so I’m starting to stress. I really wanted to go into this birth without having to be induced.

Period?

7.5 week PP and I think I’ve gotten my period, but it’s very light, mostly just spotting with tiny bit of mini clots. I’ve been reading everywhere the opposite as everyone having super heavy flow, so now questioning if it’s normal or if it even is period..?!

Genetics Test

I am 13 weeks pregnant, and at 12 weeks, my doctor suggested a genetics test because of my age. It is Saturday night, and I am supposed to get the results on Tuesday. I am really worried because I feel like I am very far along to make any decisions, and I have just been stewing over this for over a week. I go to a doctor who is very popular but hard to get a hold of, and i am not sure I like her. I just am stuck waiting for weeks and not sure what to do, but wait and tough it out with this doctor.
