I’m 10 weeks postpartum,
We tried doing the duty (sorry don’t know how to word things in here), and right away it hurt. Like sharp sore pain.
Can this be normal after a c-section??

Yep. Very normal. You didn’t go through trauma to the area like in a vaginal delivery but your pelvic floor still endured a lot of pressure during pregnancy. There are hormonal changes, scar tissue, adhesions. Maybe look into pelvic floor PT.

Sharp pain in the c section area or vaginal area

Yup-- I second Gabi. It sounds like pelvic floor tightness. I would also recommend looking into pelvic floor PT. Otherwise that issue can longer for a long time and you'll feel like you don't know what to do. Better to get support with it early.
Has anyone got any good 1st birthday ideas that isn’t soft play? Want to do a party but with something different!

Just wanting to hear from mum’s who had growth scans that they then acted on eg induction/ c sections and whether babies birth weight reflected the estimated weight at scans!
Thanks 🤍

Just found out im having a little boy💙 i have a list of names which i dont want to tell anyone as i want the name we pick to be a secret until baby is born. But my partner was telling his family some of the top names we like today in front of me. He knows i dont want to discuss this but is ignoring what i say and doesnt like being told what to do. I dont know how i can make him listen or agree to my wishes and its really frustrating me😩😩

Give me all your tips and tricks please! Due October 27th and they want to induce me on the 20th so I’m starting to stress. I really wanted to go into this birth without having to be induced.
