Hi everyone, is anyone else finding the 13-14 month age challenging. My little girl no longer likes to play independently, suddenly hates stroller, and multiple wakes in the night when she used to sleep well. And generally seems kind of grumpy all day- multiple tantrums- shes not quite walking yet but seems close, wondering if she’s frustrated but wow the days are feeling long and hard right now

There is a leap right now. Basically a big brain update that makes them extra clingy. They are learning about routines and that things can also not follow routines and it's a big thing for their brain to learn. Plus walking etc and you've got a lot getting shoved into their brains. I think this phase is usually 3-6 weeks?

My son always wants us right there! He also asks for food, but then will spit it out 😞 The other night he woke up around 1:30 and was up until 4AM! We are exhausted and hoping to see light at the end of the tunnel soon 🫠

Mine is the same age and super clingy now, I call him my clingmaster 5000, he never really slept well at night though anyways
My daughter never slept well and is now snatching things from me alot and meaning mean like hitting and is very clingy but im also on my second and its hard
We’ve recently moved our toddler to a single bed with a duvet for the first time. She’s manages to stay under the duvet for the first 4 hours then doesn’t have the duvet on. Currently she’s at the other end, on top of the duvet.
Will she eventually stay under?

Hi,
I’m really stressed because my mum is telling me not to get my child vaccinated with the 1 year jabs. My baby has already had the first 3 jabs but she’s really trying to get me to not get him vaccinated. I would like real opinions please. Has anyone here not had their baby jabbed? Please don’t think I’m silly for writing this, first time mum here so everything is so scary and new. Thank you!

Someone please help me with some advice because I’m losing my absolute mind 😭
Baby is 5 months old, she has changed a lot in personality over the last month, more needy, sleep changes etc but have put it down to the 4 month regression and teething.
However, the problem that makes me want to literally cry is the car seat! She is totally inconsolable now every time she’s in the car. Why? And what can I do to help it?!

Everything is stress induced anymore
My daughter has this ongoing diarrhea for 2 weeks now and I’ve gotten no sleep from it, I now have a canker sore from it, my acid reflux has more flare ups than ever. I don’t like having sex anymore (I love my partner and I still find him very attractive). Im way too overly touched (by the baby, by the dog and by him). Im 10m pp and I haven’t been able to wear a dang tampon! I don’t do pads because they are just not for me so I wear a diaper.
Please tell me if you relate to any of this at all? Or if I’m just crazy

Anyone else’s little one been hit by sleep regression like a ton of bricks? 🙃.
Baby girl was sleeping so well then this past week has been struggling, last night was WILD. We are currently running on caffeine and vibes 😅✌️.
We can do this mamas.

My baby has a really awful latch and breastfeeding can be quite uncomfortable. I’ve had help from the infant feeding team and it’s improved but still not great. He doesn’t have a tongue tie.
I think he swallows down a lot of air, he always has trapped wind and an uncomfortable tummy, he fusses and grunts all night long, never burps after feeds. He’s always congested and has hiccups all the time.
I have a fast letdown so I think that also contributes. I’m really really considering switching to formula but the guilt that comes alongside that is killing me.
My eldest was breastfed for 8 months so I feel so shameful considering quitting at just 4 weeks with second baby. I also feel a huge responsibility to keep breastfeeding through winter for the immune system and health benefits.
I’m just really not enjoying breastfeeding this time and it’s making me miserable.
Any tips?
