Hi mums, what do you recommend to help 4 month old with cold. No shops open as it’s 3am, all I have I calpol, nothing else.

Steam shower

Put a pillow or rolled towel under mattress to have them sleep elevated.

When the shops do open get a calpol plug in! Works amazingly

They can’t take anything anyway. I got my baby a nasal aspirator which she hates but I get a lot out of her nose. Also a humidifier and saline drops. Other than that not much to be done

Defintely elevate their mattress a bit so they aren’t flat on their back. My kids sleep so much better with congestion when they aren’t flat

I don’t think you can give calpol to a 4 month old. A pediatric dose of paracetamol/tylenol will be correct. In your case you can run them a warm bath, use a nose vaccum device to clear nose blockage and breastfeed.
Does anyone know how long this sleep regression lasts? My son has gone from sleeping through to being up every hour for the last two weeks, I'm soooo tired!!🥲

Hi mums! I'm an olive oil expert and would love to help you choose and use better olive oil for your family. What questions do you have, or what would you like to see in a helpful guide or PDF?

My baby just turned 3 weeks and although I was doing so well at the start, I feel like I’m being worn down now. I’m exclusively breastfeeding and my life being constant 2 hour increments of feeding, burping, changing and trying to soothe a fussy baby, then grabbing whatever scraps of sleep I can when he goes down is so exhausting. One of my boobs has now started hurting (not the nipple, the boob itself) and I’m so stressed at night trying to get through without my partner waking as he has work the next day. I’m not sure what I’m asking for, I suppose I’m just venting to feel less alone. I’m so grateful to have my baby, but this is so hard and I’m scared.

Hi everyone
Can I please ask for stroller reviews from anyone who loves their strollers especially if you push it on cobblestones or rough terrain.
I have a mama’s and papas Flip TX3 which I absolutely hate! Everytime I use it I get back pain from steering it. It’s also super bumpy and makes me worry about baby but she seems not to mind. Baby is 4 months and we have only used it 5 times. If you have a Flip TX3 , does it get better when baby is older and can sit up?
I chose it because of the lie flat option as I didn’t get a bassinet and also because its foldable and we live on the first floor.
I really need something which is those two things but with great suspension.
Thank you
