since before I had my bubba, I lost touch with myself and lately have felt so lonely and depressed just not having a female connection or going out besides work friends, work and my partner. I feel like all I do is clean, work and keep myself and daughter alive 💀

I completely understand! I feel so socially isolated being the only mum in my group. Im going crazy without adult interaction

Find a hobby that you are interested in that you can go on weekends and make friends and do something that you love. There are SO many things to choose from just depends what you like. My bestie goes poker every Friday, my other friend goes photography group every Sat for 3hrs. My sis goes boxing and yoga. Is there a fitness class or dance class you wanna get into? I dance salsa I go every Friday. Gym, or fitness classes there. I still have pole fitness and heels class on my bucket list, I’ve been dancing salsa/bachata for 3yrs now and this year I’m taking up kizomba (the dance to Afrobeats) The world is your oyster hun choose something then Google nearest places.

I need some advice!

Me and my boyfriend are expecting our first baby in December, before I became pregnant we were constantly having sex as I have always had a high sex drive but now I am 26 weeks pregnant and we haven’t had sex in about 4/5 months.
