13 month old early wakes

I’m hoping for a developmental leap because we’re experiencing the same! 🫠

Yes. We just let her have a little whinge and don't get her up until 6. Unless she's massively distressed, then we do check ins. We used to get her up and the mornings just got earlier and earlier so now we are firm on 6

Yeah we’ve been on 5/5:30am wake ups for just over a month now 😆 we’ve also dropped to one nap but the nap is still only an hour long at its maximum so far, so i kinda need to put her to bed around 6:30pm otherwise she melts down…she sleeps 10.5-11 hours straight so I’m hoping it’ll sort itself out when her day naps increase.

Failing that, I moved to California at the end of last year and our clocks go forward this Sunday so I’m hoping that sorts it out 🤣

On the rare occasion I can resettle her at 5am, it’s usually because I’ve gotten lucky with a late nap and put her to bed at 7:30/8pm so I do feel like it’s a day nap issue
