Help!

Sorry it’s a bit of a long one!!

My little girl has been an amazing sleeper since she was 6 weeks old but this was all massively affected due to the sma recall. My daughters on prescribed milk due to CMPA and coconut allergy, we unfortunately were one of those affected by the infected batches and since then my daughter hasn’t slept more than an hour overnight at a time. During the sma recall we unfortunately had to go onto a milk that contained coconut so impacted her severely. We now have her sma alfamino which has been a god send but unfortunately she’s still not back to her normal sleep and requiring more feeds overnight.

In terms of eating she’s having 6/8 mouthfuls of food 3 times a day with a small snack. She’s currently having 4 180ml bottles in the day and one or two overnight she rarely finishes a whole bottle. She naps two times in the day both an hour long last one finishing at 3:30 and bedtime at 7/7:30.

Throwing in that she’s now on the move crawling and sofa surfing unsure whether she’s just more hungry, in a regression or something else. Any help appreciated from a very tired mummy!

If it helps at all my little boy was a brilliant sleeper from as early as 3/4 weeks and at maybe 8 months he started waking lots in the night and at nearly 10 months is still doing that. I believe there’s a 8-10 month sleep regression, they start getting the likes of separation anxiety and probably also because of the crawling milestones etc. Hope things settle for you soon🫶🏻

Toddler not staying under duvet

We’ve recently moved our toddler to a single bed with a duvet for the first time. She’s manages to stay under the duvet for the first 4 hours then doesn’t have the duvet on. Currently she’s at the other end, on top of the duvet.

Will she eventually stay under?

1 YEAR JABS, DO I GIVE THEM TO MY BABY OR NOT?

Hi,
I’m really stressed because my mum is telling me not to get my child vaccinated with the 1 year jabs. My baby has already had the first 3 jabs but she’s really trying to get me to not get him vaccinated. I would like real opinions please. Has anyone here not had their baby jabbed? Please don’t think I’m silly for writing this, first time mum here so everything is so scary and new. Thank you!

Help!!!!

Someone please help me with some advice because I’m losing my absolute mind 😭
Baby is 5 months old, she has changed a lot in personality over the last month, more needy, sleep changes etc but have put it down to the 4 month regression and teething.
However, the problem that makes me want to literally cry is the car seat! She is totally inconsolable now every time she’s in the car. Why? And what can I do to help it?!

PP things I hate

Everything is stress induced anymore
My daughter has this ongoing diarrhea for 2 weeks now and I’ve gotten no sleep from it, I now have a canker sore from it, my acid reflux has more flare ups than ever. I don’t like having sex anymore (I love my partner and I still find him very attractive). Im way too overly touched (by the baby, by the dog and by him). Im 10m pp and I haven’t been able to wear a dang tampon! I don’t do pads because they are just not for me so I wear a diaper.
Please tell me if you relate to any of this at all? Or if I’m just crazy

Sleep regression solidarity

Anyone else’s little one been hit by sleep regression like a ton of bricks? 🙃.

Baby girl was sleeping so well then this past week has been struggling, last night was WILD. We are currently running on caffeine and vibes 😅✌️.

We can do this mamas.

Mum guilt

My baby has a really awful latch and breastfeeding can be quite uncomfortable. I’ve had help from the infant feeding team and it’s improved but still not great. He doesn’t have a tongue tie.

I think he swallows down a lot of air, he always has trapped wind and an uncomfortable tummy, he fusses and grunts all night long, never burps after feeds. He’s always congested and has hiccups all the time.

I have a fast letdown so I think that also contributes. I’m really really considering switching to formula but the guilt that comes alongside that is killing me.

My eldest was breastfed for 8 months so I feel so shameful considering quitting at just 4 weeks with second baby. I also feel a huge responsibility to keep breastfeeding through winter for the immune system and health benefits.

I’m just really not enjoying breastfeeding this time and it’s making me miserable.

Any tips?
