Split nights

Is anyone else just having constant split nights since 8 months ??
We successfully dropped to 2 naps and my baby was sleeping 19:30-6:30 but then all of a sudden she has started waking between 1-2 and staying awake for 2 hours then starting the day at 5!!! So exhausted. I’d rather get up 20 times and keep resettling than have her wide awake for hours, it is such a mental battle in the night!!! We’ve tried long wake windows and having shorter naps , tbh tried it all but for 2 weeks now it’s been horrendous

Yep been almost a month now and it’s driving me insane, I’ve tried longer wake windows, shorter wake windows, going to bed later and going to bed earlier and absolutely nothing is making a difference 😭😭

To make a permanent change to the circadian rhythm, you need to be consistent for about 2 weeks. So even if it doesn't work on night one, stick with it.

My daughter is 9 months and our 2 naps routine is:
Awake at 7am (I wake her)

Nap 10:15-11:30
Nap 3-3:45
Bedtime asleep just before 8.

Dropping to 2 naps is a big shift and will take adjustments xx

For context she still wakes to feed through the night and we also had a rough patch of split nights and lots of wakes.

Stroller recommendations

Hi everyone

Can I please ask for stroller reviews from anyone who loves their strollers especially if you push it on cobblestones or rough terrain.

I have a mama’s and papas Flip TX3 which I absolutely hate! Everytime I use it I get back pain from steering it. It’s also super bumpy and makes me worry about baby but she seems not to mind. Baby is 4 months and we have only used it 5 times. If you have a Flip TX3 , does it get better when baby is older and can sit up?

I chose it because of the lie flat option as I didn’t get a bassinet and also because its foldable and we live on the first floor.

I really need something which is those two things but with great suspension.

Thank you

Struggling

My baby just turned 3 weeks and although I was doing so well at the start, I feel like I’m being worn down now. I’m exclusively breastfeeding and my life being constant 2 hour increments of feeding, burping, changing and trying to soothe a fussy baby, then grabbing whatever scraps of sleep I can when he goes down is so exhausting. One of my boobs has now started hurting (not the nipple, the boob itself) and I’m so stressed at night trying to get through without my partner waking as he has work the next day. I’m not sure what I’m asking for, I suppose I’m just venting to feel less alone. I’m so grateful to have my baby, but this is so hard and I’m scared.

Sleep/transferring to next to me crib

Any tips pls , baby is only 5 days old, had a bit of a rough road so far with her having antibiotics, jaundice etc. she’s breastfed.

We’re now home and she absolutely will not be down in the crib at night. She’ll stay there for 20 mins then absolutely scream. I’ve tried a hot water bottle , white noises etc

I’m so tired overnight from this as she’ll only, she’ll only Fall asleep when held, I don’t want to co sleep x
