Anyone currently experiencing excessive night terrors? Every other night for a few weeks now my little girl has one and I can’t figure out what’s triggering them. It’s generally an hour or two after she’s gone to bed (so usually around the time I go to bed) and as soon as it’s over she just lies back down and goes back to sleep and wakes up none the wiser in the morning. Just wondered if anyone else has found similar or can offer any advice?

This was happening to my boy so often and we ended up figuring out that it happened more if he ate too close to bedtime. He goes down at 8pm and doesn’t eat anything past 6.30pm and we have noticed a massive improvement

Hey! Holistic sleep coach here! Feel free to give me a message and I can send you some info about them! X

Yes we do from time to time. I think I read somewhere it's normal for them as this age because of their imagination. But again I think it's sometimes what she watches so we have to see what she is watching

So i went in for my sweep today, i am 39+6. Baby is 3/5 engaged. I was already around 4cm dilated but NOT in active labour. Ive been having cramps for the past 2 weeks and honestly feel like the sweep did absolutely nothing🙂. I lost my mucus plug and that was about it. I feel like this baby just doesnt want to come out. Im tired and so over it. The pain is absolutely just tiring me out however everytime i go to triage to get it checked out they say its normal. I have tried everything and anything at this point. Is anyone else in the same boat or is it just me

Those who have experienced induction before, whether good or bad experiences, are you able to pinpoint why the outcome was good or bad? For example what week were you induced at and was there a point in the process that looking back was a good sign/sign things probably would not progress?
Hopefully this makes some sort of sense....

How close to the date of a birthday party would you send out invitations?

Soooo, I was really against inducing after my first baby as it was not a nice experience at all!!
But due to a change in medical conditions I’m having to be induced this week now as I want to avoid a c section due to being on my own with the kids throughout the week.
I’m just wondering if anyone else has had second time round a better experience few mums at school have said it’s a lot quicker second time round.
I’m just wondering as I now have to sort out care for my 5 year old as I was in for over a week with her😩
