43 with a 16 & 4yo, welcome & to quote my last WM delivery guy “wow, you started ALL the way back over” too. 😂
Yeah, he obviously didn’t know my age, but I apologized & thanked him for my bulk cat food order bc hubs knee(failed surgery waiting to get a replacement)was bothering him more than usual & I didn’t want him making extra stops so he could save some energy for our 4yo. Don’t remember the exact way he said it but it was along the lines of “when you get to be my age…”, which turned out to be MY age, so I said as much, he looked at me again & said “what” in a way I found very flattering, prob bc I totally look my age 😂 & I said yeah, I also have a 16yo & then he gave me my new fav saying “we started ALL the way back over”.🤣

Il be 41 in May with a 21,20 16 & 2.5 year old ( 3 in July )

I cannot believe I am actually having to spell this out in black and white to the mother in law. It’s making me cringe😆

Given them the benefit of the doubt multiple times. I’m fed up with Having to sit there and watch things happen and wanting to cry. Avoiding visits/meet ups, just for it to happen again the next time.

And you know what her response was “oh this is all new, we always kissed babies none of this was a thing. I didn’t know he was ill, I’ll
tell him to let me know next time”.
That’s a straight up lie. She knew & she let him keep touching her hands and letting her put them back in her mouth (after he’s just been coughing in his hands). (Baby is a newborn can I add)

I’ve never even been close with this woman, I met her 1-2 times before I fell pregnant. Then when I was pregnant she never once asked to see me. I only saw her once because I invited her to the baby shower. Now that baby’s here , suddenly she wants to see her every day.

I know times are different but even my own parents & grandparents have said this is all common sense/respect for a young baby.

Hey girls abit of a personal question but I use to be on the pill from when I was 18 and stopped when I was around 28, I really don’t want to go back on it and struggling to know what the best contraception to use, I would love to know what your thoughts are on it and what you are using for protection?
