This is my second baby. I have my pram set which was second hand and needs a wash. I have a cot, and a few of my first baby’s newborn clothes. And that’s it 😂 I don’t have a nursery ready, I have a room for his bedroom but I won’t be doing it for a while. Everyone seems much more organised and ready when I look at myself 😂

This is my second child and all I have is a few clothes. That’s literally it 😂 No nursery, no pram, no car seat, no swing chair, nappies, changing bag or anything. I honestly can’t be bothered I’ll sort it out in May 😂

This is my first and I have nothing (also due in June)! We’ve not got a lot of storage space so we don’t really see a good reason to fill up the house with baby items until we have to. I know some people really love the nesting stuff but if it’s not for you don’t worry - there’s always next day delivery nowadays anyway!

Girl I’m the same, all we have is a Moses basket lol. Second baby and I’m not even doing the room till after they are born as it won’t be in use anyway. We’re starting the baby shop end of this month 😩

Also second baby and I have NOTHING!! 🤣 We weren’t planning on having a second so got rid of everything, plus this baby is a boy and my first is a girl so the few bits of clothes that haven’t gone aren’t shareable.
Starting to think about things but keep saying I’ll do it when I stop working 🤦🏼♀️

i’m not even looking at her room until she’s here as she won’t be in it till after 6 months anyway! i haven’t gotten anything clothing wise (sleepsuits, outfits, hats, socks, sleepsacks, bodysuits etc) but i’m not stressed yet😂
Hello!
Has anyone had this with their little one?

My 10 week old has always been very attracted to me from the start and early on when I put her down in the bouncer or the mat to play she woukd start to cry after 10-20 minutes. Recently its gotten alot worse to the point she starts to cry as soon as I lower her down or bring her away from me. The only time she's happy and not crying when im not holding her is nappy changes, she rarely does tummy time on the mat as she will just scream the place down (she does it on my chest instead).
Will she grow out of this or is there anything I can do to settle her when I put her down, ive tried toys, lights, singing, books but nothing works unless I pick her up. I feel bad that nothing gets done around the house or that I dont get 5 minutes to myself. Shes exclusively bf.

Has anyone else experienced this with their little one? 🥹💗
My little girl is nearly 7 weeks old and during the day she’s generally absolutely fine, but as soon as nighttime comes around, it’s like a switch flips!
She screams and cries, sometimes for hours, and it feels like nothing I do settles her. I’ve tried feeding, winding, changing, cuddling. I even started her on infacol and giving her gripe water.
The strange thing is that it’s only at night! During the day she’s a completely different baby.
Has anyone else gone through this? Is it just a phase, witching hour, colic or something else? When did it get better for you?
I’m absolutely exhausted and have no idea what else to try.

Hi mums! Has anyone experienced their Owlet sock giving a red alert for oxygen levels dropping below 80%?
This has happened twice now with my 7-month-old daughter, both times while she’s been sleeping on her tummy. Each time I’ve gone straight in to check on her and she’s been absolutely fine - breathing normally, responsive and sleeping peacefully.
What’s confusing me is that the Owlet seems to work perfectly fine the rest of the night, and on other nights, showing completely normal oxygen levels. Even when I check the history after the alerts, her oxygen levels look normal, although I understand the graph shows averages.
She’s also recently had a cold and still has a slightly congested, runny nose, so I’m wondering whether that could be contributing.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Did you get your baby’s oxygen or breathing checked by a doctor, and was anything actually found? Or did it turn out to be false alerts from the Owlet?

Hello!! My girl is almost a year old and I’m planning on trying to wean her soon! I need all the tips and tricks because she is very dependent on nursing to sleep and for comfort. I feel terribly taking that away but for my mental sake I want to be done bf soon! I know day time feeds are easier to take away first I’m just nervous she won’t get enough solids to replace nursing.
