Birth control

Any other mommas out there on birth control i use to be on it then I stopped for a while but ever since I have had my son my hormones and periods have been crazy should I go back on it?

If the birth control you were on had estrogen in it theres a chance itll stop your milk production

i used to be on the pill and all the hormones messed me up so bad. i’ve had the copper iud now for almost 3 months and my periods are longer and heavier but it’s not causing more of a hormonal imbalance than i’m already going through pp

I tried the pill, the patch and the implant and I didn’t like all of them so I never went back on birth control after I had my daughter, which was a year ago x

I had my son 2 years ago. And have been using the patch for about a year now and I get on with it really well. I’ve never used any other contraceptive other than condoms. So going on it was scary. Your body will tell you what works well for you. You just have to try thing. I like the patch cause you take it off for a week and allow your body to have a period and for hormones to rebalance. Where as the pill and other things really messes with your periods.

I’m on the pill rn it has help me with how my periods but has messed my hormones more wonky

I’ve been on the pill, which was ok. I’ve done depo & I bled for 3 months straight. Currently have paragard IUD & am awaiting an appointment to get it removed as my periods are super heavy now. At this point confirms are the way to go lol

Journaling?

Any mamas journal?? My therapist recommended I start. I feel weird essentially talking to myself. Does it get less weird the longer you do it?? Does it make a difference to you.? Any advice is great. Thank you

Do Real friends exist?

I honestly can say I’m truly hurting today. I’m always the person that reaches out,check on others,give my last no matter what I have going on. To go from have friends supporting you during pregnancy, being there for you, there after baby is born to just dipping is heartbreaking and really hurts. I may not be able to go every
Where all the time but you can still invite me. It’s crazy to me how people just up n leave like it’s nothing. I’ve tried to make new friends but honestly it’s not easy after being hurt so much I’m truly tired of the friendship hurt 😭💔

Happy maternity leave

While I’m on maternity leave, my husband has been telling people at work about the conflicts in our family, and one of his friends suggested that he buy me a ticket to Ukraine so I could go there and die. It sounds almost absurd to say it out loud, but the funny part is that I actually found out about this from my husband himself. How am I supposed to feel about that?

Post partum appointment

So my post partum appointment was scheduled at 7.5 weeks post partum instead of 6 weeks. My husband wants to have sex before then. But I want to be on birth control before then any moms ordered birth control before your appointment online or requested by doctor? Or should I wait the extra week and a half time? I have No bleeding no stitches no pain. Physically I’m okay I think mentally I’m just scared and trying to take caution and prepare beforehand
