Trying to BF my second baby (I wasn’t able to with my first), but finding it so hard!
I feel like I don’t have enough milk , so giving some formula to top up about once or twice a day!
Wanted to see how common EBF and combo feeding is amongst mamas .

Be aware of the top up trap, if you're topping up after every feed, you're not telling your body that more milk is needed, so it won't produce any more than it is currently.
If you feel like you don't have enough milk, I would speak to a feeding support worker who can go through some pointers with you and help you have confidence in your supply and ability to feed your baby.
True low supply is actually very rare, and in the early days normal feeding behaviour can be mistaken for not having enough milk.
