A question for those who pump:
Do you wake your baby up to feed after pumping in the night?
My 10 week old has started to have longer stretches in the night normally ranging 6 hours. Usually fully down by 11:30pm - 6am then back for more sleep up by 9am.
I usually (try) wake up around 4am to pump and sometimes hear her stirring like she's about to wake up but never does but will usually wake up around 5-6am for a feed. But I usually feel tired after going back to bed after pumping.
I want to try and maybe wake her up after pumping whilst I'm still awake to feed her and put her back to sleep after knowing she won't wake me up after I've gone back to bed. When she's stirring I can hear her chomping on her hands like she's hungry but still in deep sleep.
I can't leave my pumping until she wakes up as I already wake up engorged and sheets slightly wet from leaking..

I don’t. I also personally wouldn’t pump in the night if baby doesn’t eat unless you are purposely trying to get a huge stash of extra milk.
