I cant believe im still doing this at 15 months old!!!
My 2nd child is not just the noisiest sleeper but they have always been weird with breastfeeding
I think currently he is having some kinda developmental leap and growth spurt, eating and drinking like crazy and in the middle of the night if he wakes up , it takes ages to put back to sleep and he rolls around making sooooo much noise!!!
And i either have a low supply now OR he loves a fast flow and so he just jumps off the boob when it slows and complains loudly or just talks cutely but loudly! and i have to keep swapping boobs OR i have to get up and hold him and feed so gravity helps and the flow is faster and holding him means he eventually sleeps or at-least is feeding properly so is bloody quiet now! So at 1 am or 3am or often 5am onwards im holding n feeding until he wakes up 🥲🥲🥲
Any tips?

You probably need to feed him more food. I feed my 14 month old a carb source with her meal closer to bed time so she doesnt do this. If she doesnt eat much i was doing a puree pouch with a little baby cereal mixed in to help sit on her stomach throughout the night. Nursing now is more for comfort than actual sustenance. And even during the day if she tries to nurse heavily i make sure she had a meal or its not time for snacks. Also offering water and juice throughout the day.

Granted I did not breast feed, but my daughter was very similar in the sense that she usually slept from about 7pm to 7am but than randomly went through a phase where she'd wake up at like 2am and it would be so hard to out her down. Thankfully it only last maybe a couple weeks and then she grew out of it. You may just need to give it some time.
You could also try sending him to bed with a sippy cup with water

We have so many sound machines in our house, a hurricane wouldn’t wake anyone up lol
