From what iv read and saw this is my perspective from being a midwife, So from what I understand, they saw two sacs, but only one has a baby with a heartbeat. The other sac is empty and may not develop further, which can happen sometimes early on. They also found a subchorionic hemorrhage, which is a small area of bleeding around the sac. From what I’ve been told, that can be fairly common and usually just needs to be monitored. So right now it looks like there’s one viable pregnancy, and they’ll keep an eye on everything.
