No way lol. It's natural to have a bush. I'm not going on a date. Medical professionals couldn't care less, their mind is on you as a patient and not on the hair between your legs.

At first I wanted to shave, be all “clean” and “pretty” for the birth. But I’m so damn tired in this third trimester I don’t care anymore😂. Just get this baby out of me. If I have time to prep & feel motivated then I’ll do so, but it’s not a priority for me

As a previous labor and delivery nurse…you do what you want but I’ll tell you no one is paying attention to that :) you’re bringing life into this world, it is such a magical experience, we’re focused on that babies head down there, nothing else. Hair is natural. Hope that helps take the pressure off a little! Personally speaking, I’m trying my best to keep it manageable down there but it is so hard when you can’t see 😆

Planning to shave 1-2 weeks before the due date so the lawn is relatively mowed cause I find it more comfortable

I’ve been maintaining but nothing crazy. Only note I’ve ever received is not to do anything past a certain date so we don’t have to worry about nicks or ingrowns and can avoid infection down there. L&D is messy.
