Afternoon Nap

I keep having the same problem/timings and ending up needing to bring bed time early! So hard trying to line up naps with bed time when they wake early, not wanting her to go to bed early to try and get her to sleep later, but often refuses if I try a 10 minute bridge nap!! She ends up getting false starts if I push her too long x

Last nap about 3pm. It’s hard push to 7 but gotta be done

If last nap ends at 15:00 bedtime would be 18:30 for us. Currently last wake window is 3.5 hours and I try to make sure she’s not going to bed any earlier than 18:00 but the other day she fell asleep sat upright on me at 17:50 and she slept till 07:00 the next morning so she obviously needed it x

I might try an earlier bedtime to see what happens, thanks so much x

Our last wake window is 4 hours, sometimes up to 4.5. But we have the opposite problem that if it’s less than 4 she’ll wake up more often

3/3.30 then 6 bedtime and sleeps through til around 6, but she has less total day sleep 1-1.5hrs across both naps
