Have you tried prune puree?

Or try giving your baby some pear after meals š

Water in the day and at meals? I try only do one carb a meal and limit that so not blocked up and one magic trick is there is a massage you can do on their feet if you look it up on YouTube or tik tok and whenever Iāve gone that after a bath in the evening the next day he poops!

Butternut squash is great for keeping them regular so try to incorporate that a lot within meals. Avoid too much banana and starch. Water throughout the day 4oz is all that's needed for the day but most babies rarely drink that as they are still getting hydration from milk or breastfeeding.
If a diet change doesn't help then consider doctor recommended alternatives.

Try puree fruit works a treat for my little lady

Ditto! Doing my head in cause itās leading to bad sleep and Iām exhausted! My son was the same and led to issues potty training cause he would the hold it!
Best to keep a food diary and log of how settled when they pooed and the consistency to help weed out the causes. (Currently using chat gpt to find tends and week out the likely causes and meal adaptations)
We have found grains, Too high fibre, and meat can cause irritation for my little girl so we are avoiding toast, pasta and any grain in high quantities for now. That for us means a toast finger once a week only!
I offer water at every meal, kiwi and prune are the best relief and can be mashed and hidden into anything. We like a kiwi, yogurt and mango smoothie.
Also lots of good fats to lubricate insides like avo, olive oil, ghee, butter etc.
If baby hasnāt gone in over three days Iād go doctor and the can prescribe Movicol which you can use to help manage if itās a constant problem.
