How to shop for nursing bra

Im 37 weeks and only wear a bra when I go out to work once a week its feeling so tight now so I need to start buying my maternity/nursing bras. But how do I know what size to buy? Do I preempt having a larger cup/back size, and if so, by how many sizes? Help!

I stuck with my regular back size and went up one cup size, albeit I’m already quite heavy chested and went form a 32DD to a 32FF within my first trimester!

The bras I use are the mark’s flexi fit and they have quite a bit of give for when your breasts are engorged

Definitely size up at least two cups. My personal preference is non wired bras. You can find loads multipacks on Amazon. My last breastfeeding journey i went through 3 different sizes during one year of breastfeeding ( depended on the stage of feeding i was). Beforeni found a comfortable size i went a few times through buy and return so strongly recommend Amazon.

I’ve always stuck to soft bras with no padding that came in S/M/L with no underwire and never needed to size up. My boobs however don’t change very much when breastfeeding and I have relatively small boobs to begin with so I’d say everyone is so so different x

I got the nursing bras from Matalan 2 pack they go up to an XXL which is about a 22/24 and they support and fit really well :)

I’ve been using the Momcozy nursing bras throughout pregnancy as they are so comfy without the underwire ect, good support but also come with a extra fastener incase you need to extend it ect they go up to XXL but go off your cup sizes I think x

Thanks for the responses so far. I cant use bras that are S/M/L etc as I have a small back and large cups so they never fit. I need bras that have the cup and bust size

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰

Hi ya'll

Is anyone else's 4 month old randomly screeching now? I'm not sure what to do and she's been doing this for the past two days. She's usually a quiet happy baby so im not sure why she's doing this now. Aby suggestions?

Baby losing weight

Hi all, it's been a long time since I had a baby (my son is 15!). My daughter is 10 days old and was 9lb born, she has since lost weight at every appointment and is at a 12% loss. I am breast feeding every two hours for over an hour and topping her up every feed. I pump and can get 60ml in 10 minutes so I know my supply is okay. Anyone had this before? Can give me some tips? I currently feel like I'm letting my baby down.
