Hi moms! I have a 4month baby she’s been having a really hard time being the car seat without me being next to her. She will cry no matter if is a 10 minute drive or more. She will be so upset that she will cry until she turns purple. I don’t know what to do. I put white sounds in the, toys so she can play, baby Einstein sea dream soother. I have a Graco car seat, I don’t know if that the problem or maybe is something she will get over eventually. Any advice, I would gladly appreciate it 🥲😭

I have the car sea dream have her favorite show an out my phone in the car seat so can watch either one an if that doesn’t work we used to play music for her but she does really good in the car she goes to sleep as soon as we move cuz her stuff is going

Same thing here! My baby did so good in the carseat and he just turned 4 months and has been crying and fussing non stop, we first had him in the Nuna car seat and we got the Graco one thinking it was the car seat… turns out he just hates it in general, hoping he will get over it soon. I think because they are growing they don’t like to feel restricted 🫠🙃

Thank you 😅 my husband has a car seat I can try, but it seems to be that she’s obsessed with me

I don’t have this exact problem but maybe try putting a picture of yourself taped on the seat? If the only reason she’s crying is because she can’t see you maybe a photo could help😅 but if anything just try to leave the house right after a bottle and hopefully she’ll fall asleep. Good luck 😊
I don’t feel like I’m a good mum, I cannot stand my child clinging onto me/screaming I literally want to smack my head against a wall every time she makes that screeching noise I am seriously exhausted and I have no help whatsoever.

I am only 12 weeks but I fell like ive lost my patience with my 15 month old, all day long im just constantly telling her off for hitting the tv, climbing on the back of the sofa to get to the window, throwing things at the cat and laughing. Im not enjoying being with her and that sounds horrible 😢
Im not enjoying my pregnancy in the first place and feeling exhausted everyday aswel cause my daughter is sleeping in our bed every night as she cries the moment i get near her cot 😢
Im just feeling lost

My daughter is having the worst meltdowns recently. I’m talking to the point where people are starting to stop outside my house and looking in with concern. The anxiety and humiliation leaving the house sometimes is exhausting. Kicking and screaming at the top of her voice in public and having everyone in the street looking at me, is a different kind of embarrassment and guilt. I’ve had a few conversations recently with various people about seeing someone professional about mt daughter’s behaviour. She’s also started using noises and moans to gesture what she wants, coming from an incredibly smart 3 year old who has been speaking full sentences since she was two. We have regressed in verbal communication, and the meltdowns are getting so horrifically bad. She also tugs at her clothes when distressed or pulls on her fingers. There is absolutely ZERO reasoning with her when she is like this, it’s just constant screaming. I’m a first time mum and just at a complete loss.

I just found out some bad news yesterday. My babygirl of 14 years has cancer. They found three large masses inside her. I am so devastated. I know i have to put her down but she is still acting like herself. Jumping on and off the bed/counter, eating and drinking.
I just dont know what to do or when to do it. How do I know when its time? She doesn't seem to be in any pain or anything. Vet said that chemo would be hard on her since she's lost weight and is fragile and her age.
I guess I'm making this post for any and all advice on when to know its time to put her down..

I’m expecting in a few months time and want to breast feed (breast and bottle feed). What bottles do you recommend? I formula fed my first daughter and used Dr brown bottles (hated Tommee Tippee and MAM due to tongue tie issues). Is Philips Avent good or Lansinoh? Thank you ☺️

At what age did your baby go from contact naps during the day to sleeping independently? Even if you had to get them to sleep in your arms first and then transfer them? Just wondering when it started to happen for others!
