I am exclusively expressing my breastmilk as my son will not latch. I’m an over supplier of milk but if he will not let not once and I feel like I am a letdown because he won’t breastfeed. He only will take my breastmilk from a bottle.

Definitely not a let down! Expressing a bottle feeding is hard! You have the toll on your body and sleep as well as having all the cleaning and sterilising to do! I would struggle to do it. Give yourself some credit and realise what a super mumma job you're doing!
Side note, have you tried nipple shields? X

I completely understand how you feel. My little girl would not latch no matter what I tried, I ended up expressing and feeding her by bottle. It turned out she had a really bad tongue tie and it wasn’t snipped until she was over 4 weeks old, I tried after that and she still would not latch. I agree and would definitely get baby checked for tongue tie! I now pump 4 times a day and feed her half my milk and the rest formula. I initially was pumping the 8 times a day but I had to give this up due to the mental toll it took on me and I have only just come to terms with this being my feeding journey but I’m proud of it!
You are absolutely not a let down, pumping is not easy at all and you are still giving your baby your milk. I promise you’ll come to terms with it but you should absolutely be proud of yourself. Xxx
