Anyone getting a private scan at exactly 6weeks

Im getting an nhs one at exactly 6 weeks which is on tuesday🫶🏼

I'm having private scan on Tuesday (I'll be 7 weeks) I lost my 2nd in October last year at 8 weeks, I just wanna know everything is okay

I’m going to wait it out until my first NHS scan on the advice of my midwife. I had an early scan privately during my last pregnancy and it just made me more anxious. So going to try let go of what I can’t control and hope for the best. Easier said than done having had a miscarriage previously 😬

Found a private scan on groupon for £30, going to go at 8 weeks

Going on Monday, 6+6 due to pregnancy history, and a previous loss at 12 weeks.
I’ve asked to delay from having the scan at exactly 6w so that there’s a clearer image and allowance for a few days either way in terms of dates, which can affect what you can see that early. I didn’t want to have to go twice if they couldn’t see a fetal pole or heartbeat etc.
If it weren’t necessary to be able to get the prescription I need, I actually wouldn’t be going this early at all.

I had an early scan at 6 weeks 3 days with my first son & heard his heart beat but I went today for an early scan thinking I was 6 weeks and I’m only measuring 5 weeks because my cycles still haven’t regulated as I’m only 10 months PP but saw the sack and they are going to rescan me in 2 weeks time xx

I’ll be waiting until 8/9 weeks for a private as that’s when I’ve gone for my previous 3 pregnancies. I had a miscarriage in 2025 at 5wks so I’d prefer to wait a bit closer to 12wks because I would hate to see something and then a bad thing happen rather than never see it and a bad thing happens so I don’t know what they ‘looked’ like?? I don’t know how else to describe it 😅

My hospital told me they won’t scan until 7weeks 😕. I wanted my scan for 6 weeks as I’ve had a previous molar pregnancy

I went for a private scan yesterday and measured exactly 6 weeks and saw the heartbeat 🤍 I tried to hold off and go maybe next week or the week after but I just had to for my anxiety!

I’m having an nhs reassurance scan next week due to previous losses I’ll be either 6.5 or 7.5 wks & a private booked in for 9 / 10 wks then nhs at 12 weeks ❤️

What can be seen at 6 weeks ladies? And what type of scan is it at 6 weeks? Im petrified somethings going to happen before the 12 weeks. Xx

I was 5 weeks 2 days. Thought I was 7 weeks when I had it. And they measured and worked it out to be 5w2. Now I’m at 6w5days

I’m going for one at 6w6d because sometimes 6w is a little too early and I know if a heartbeat wasn’t picked up at that point I’d have a meltdown!
