Okay moms be honest 😩—what cars are we driving??

I’m STRUGGLING over here having to push my passenger seat all the way up just to fit my baby’s car seat and I’m over it 🫠

I want another baby soon, so I need something that can fit 2 car seats comfortably (without sacrificing my front seat 😭) AND still have good trunk space for strollers, groceries, all the things.

SUVs or sedans only please!!
Drop what you have + if you actually love it (or hate it 👀)

I drive a Subaru Ascent! And I love it! Ours has captain seats in the middle but there’s the option to have a bench seat if you prefer it. Trunk has plenty of space for stroller and groceries. Plus it’s super safe. I also like it because it doesn’t feel like driving a school bus. 😅

Following!
I have a sentra. Its pretty good but I'm on the short side so i don't have to pull the seat up. Next car will probably be a RAV4 or a rogue when we have baby #2.

Suggestion. When buying a new car bring your biggest stroller you are going to use. I have a 2017 Tiguan and it was fine before kids now I have two and the trunk doesn't even fit a wagon. Love my car to no end though.

I have a doge journey. With the go car seat. But I think ima go bigger cause I have 4 kids. I’m thinking a Yukon or Tahoe

I have a Toyota sequoia and I love it so much 😊 captain seats and third row plus still room in the trunk

23' Rogue SV, I knew I wanted to try for another baby so I got a SUV after having mostly smaller cars. Now 4m PP, yes the stroller fits in the trunk and car seat fits fine but sometimes more space is needed and that's just with one baby so if you have two or more go larger just for a bit more space especially if you leave the stroller in the car all the time otherwise it can be like tetris back there lol

Mama of 2, Jeep Grand Cherokee L, great trunk space 👍🏼

But will probably transition to a minivan when we have more babies.

I thought we’d be good with our RAV4, but we have the same issue 😢

4 months pp and I just got 2021 Subaru Ascent and I’m loving it so far

I’m Almost five months pp and I absolutely love my 2026 gmc terrain elevation! I feel so safe driving around with my baby! And the trunk is so spacious and so is the back seat!

Volvo xc40 got a great deal on it super car seat friendly. I can’t afford it now but I want the xc60 since it has more trunk space. I love Volvos so I’m biased towards them they are super reliable and last forever.

Ive lost my patience

I am only 12 weeks but I fell like ive lost my patience with my 15 month old, all day long im just constantly telling her off for hitting the tv, climbing on the back of the sofa to get to the window, throwing things at the cat and laughing. Im not enjoying being with her and that sounds horrible 😢

Im not enjoying my pregnancy in the first place and feeling exhausted everyday aswel cause my daughter is sleeping in our bed every night as she cries the moment i get near her cot 😢

Im just feeling lost

Help…Normal tantrum or something more?

My daughter is having the worst meltdowns recently. I’m talking to the point where people are starting to stop outside my house and looking in with concern. The anxiety and humiliation leaving the house sometimes is exhausting. Kicking and screaming at the top of her voice in public and having everyone in the street looking at me, is a different kind of embarrassment and guilt. I’ve had a few conversations recently with various people about seeing someone professional about mt daughter’s behaviour. She’s also started using noises and moans to gesture what she wants, coming from an incredibly smart 3 year old who has been speaking full sentences since she was two. We have regressed in verbal communication, and the meltdowns are getting so horrifically bad. She also tugs at her clothes when distressed or pulls on her fingers. There is absolutely ZERO reasoning with her when she is like this, it’s just constant screaming. I’m a first time mum and just at a complete loss.

Pet Lovers

I just found out some bad news yesterday. My babygirl of 14 years has cancer. They found three large masses inside her. I am so devastated. I know i have to put her down but she is still acting like herself. Jumping on and off the bed/counter, eating and drinking.

I just dont know what to do or when to do it. How do I know when its time? She doesn't seem to be in any pain or anything. Vet said that chemo would be hard on her since she's lost weight and is fragile and her age.

I guess I'm making this post for any and all advice on when to know its time to put her down..

Breast feeding

I’m expecting in a few months time and want to breast feed (breast and bottle feed). What bottles do you recommend? I formula fed my first daughter and used Dr brown bottles (hated Tommee Tippee and MAM due to tongue tie issues). Is Philips Avent good or Lansinoh? Thank you ☺️

Contact naps

At what age did your baby go from contact naps during the day to sleeping independently? Even if you had to get them to sleep in your arms first and then transfer them? Just wondering when it started to happen for others!
