trust me girl, i was the same way. the week after being cleared i tried working out again and quickly realize it was something to gradually get back into. I waited till I was 6 months pp, just to be on the safe side…if you feel like your ready, just take it easy and do modified workouts..alsooo read up on Diastasis Recti, and what exercises would be good for core rebuilding after a c-section
