I have been suffering a lot with sickness. My midwife mentioned at my booking appointment that the pregnancy vitamins can sometimes make it worse and a lot of them are actually not necessarily needed - just folic acid and vitamin D.
Since then I have swapped my usual Pregnacare for Boots folic acid and vitamin D. I have noticed a massive difference and feel much less nauseas! However, I feel as though not getting all the vitamins must be a negative for me and baby.
Anyone else in same position?

I have heard this too! Although still taking pregnacare max everyday😂🙃 the nausea is kicking my ass big time!!
