4 months pp with my first and I am losing clumps bigger than this every time I shower, doctor says it's vitamin deficiency, told me to buy breastfeeding vitamins, hair has stopped falling out for now 👍

I lost tons with my second baby but it’s coming back slowly, lots of regrowth.

It started both times at 3m pp and lasted about 3m until hormones settled back to normal.

I just kept taking my multivits, taking biotin, using a menopausal hair shampoo and tying it up more xx

Nothing. Its just hormones. You didnt lose any hair over the last year and now the hormone stopping hair loss isnt being produced. So youre just losing all the hair you should have lost over the last year plus your standard loss.

Just ride it out and itll grow back like your hair normally does. You can try things like rosemary oil or caffeine based shampoos but honestly...itll just grow back normally. Not the advice you want to hear but its the reality

Yeah its just that theres nothing you can do about it and theres nothing wrong with you. You cant stop the hair loss or slow it down...itll stop on its own around 7 or 8 months pp.
