It can really range from person to person, but keep up night feedings/night pumping for as long as possible if you are hoping to keep period away/supply up šŸ‘

Reducing formula feeds

I've just been told by my nursery that they wont give bottles of/and formula from 1 year one, my little boys 1 in 3 weeks.
Looking for advice on how to reduce his formula intake?
Hes loves both food and milk 🫣 I think he will drink cows milk so that's not the issue im more concerned about the fact that hes in a routine with his bottles.

Normal behaviour?

Please help. My son is 12 months old and still breastfed. He goes to nursery twice a week. When we pick him up, he screams all the way home (only 4 mins) and then continues to tantrum and really winds himself up to the point where he is extremely upset and distressed, until I can sit down to feed him. Is this normal please?😭 I’m dreading weening him off

Late talkers

Hi everyone - My daughter is 27months old and still doesn’t say more than a handful of words regularly. She mostly just says one syllable or sound of a word. We’ve been doing speech therapy for a little more than 6 months. She is starting to vocalize and at least try more, but still has not really started producing actual words yet. It is getting harder and harder not to stress out about this and worry that something more might be wrong, like I recently started looking into childhood apraxia of speech.

I’m looking for some community of people who have gone through or are going through similar things just to be able to talk to someone about it. Did anyone have a child with a similar profile at this age - how did it go from there for you? Is anyone going through something similar right now and want to chat?

Thanks.

Last nap of the day

When does everyones babies last nap of the day roughly end and then when is bedtime ?

My son naps 3/4 times a day but only 30/40 mins at a time and that's contact napping or in cot . In his awake windows you can tell he's tired but I cannot get him to extend the naps at all . Going off chat gpt because of this they recommend bedtime as early as 5.45 up until 6.30 most evenings . Which is fine for him he will go to sleep but it's not for me as he co sleeps so I'm then stuck up stairs all evening , don't have time to shower , eat , clean anything and it's just taking over as I do not get a minute. Any advice welcome

Side & stomach sleepers. HELP

Baby girl is officially a side & occasionally stomach sleeper. She can crawl & roll just fine but in her cot she struggle to get comfortable in her sleep because her sleeping bag restricts her movement. Like if she is trying to get on her side or stomach it wakes her up.

We're using the Snuz sleeping bags.

Any tips? Do your side/stomach sleepers have this issue?
