Hi all! My boy has been waking up at 5am for the past week and it’s affecting his mood and his nap(s) (he has to have two now when we were down to one since 12 months). Any ideas why this can happen and tips on how to prevent it? He sleeps great at night and his bedtime hasn’t changed but 5am is too early 😵💫
