No, I agree with above you’re burnt out, maybe PPD? You need rest or support, maybe some type of therapy but you don’t need CPS 💜

Id suggest therapy asap. I definitely don't think CPS is needed. It really depends on how long and how often this happens in my opinion. But I do believe that this could worsen and get out of control quick if its not addressed. Especially if you don't have support at home.

Sounds like your system shut down. Therapy or inpatient ASAP depending on the severity of it

Look, I learned this from a therapist. You talking about it already shows you care. Your burnt out, crying doesn’t hurt the baby as long as baby ate and has a changed diaper. If the baby is in bassinet than it’s okay he/she is probably sleepy and your probably over exhausted or maybe you’ve noticed when she/he cries for a little then stops.

You need a couple days to yourself without the baby, if not possible then a few hours a day to yourself to just chill. Maybe look into therapy.
Also it’s normal to feel frustrated, we all do sometimes even to the point where later you’re like gosh that was a lot of reaction over such a small thing. The important thing is to do something about that feeling NOW!
If baby is safe but crying it’s okay to take a moment to walk outside for breather, baby won’t be harmed from a minute or 2 of crying.
Exhaustion is real and there are no super mums, get help today!!
