Recommendations- Newborn
Could anyone recommend a baby carrier suitable for a newborn?

I had the Ergobaby embrace and absolutely loved it, it does say it works up to a year but I switched to the Momcozy at 6 months and then to the Ergobaby Omni at 10 months so we could forward face. If I had my time again I would just go for the Omni from the start xx
I tried a couple but my baby didn’t like them until I got Infantino Flip Advanced 4-in-1 and she loves it

We have the carifit + and love it
Not a carrier, but I would definitely recommend a stretchy wrap for the newborn phase as it feels so cosy for them and for me, like a big cuddle for the baby. Take a little bit to get the hang of how to put them on, but there's some great YouTube videos for this. I have the Hana wrap and love it.
I have a Ryloo Baby Wrap. Its so good and theres tons of tutorials on how to wrap it on tik tok if youre a visual learner like I am😅

Hey mummies and daddies, has anybody got experience with baby not getting used to nursery? My daughter started at 12 months (a month ago) and still has a meltdown every time we drop her off. How long until it settles? I worry that she’s just not happy there :(

My fault apparently
Basically I have a 5 year old son and I'm having a little girl in October but unfortunately I don't have my son living with me and my unborn daughter can't come home either it's because of domestic violence records cohesive behaviour physical and mental abuse from him and hes always yelling at me saying it's my fault because I was in care and I'm on methadone it's killing me inside

Night shifts
How are we doing night shifts with our partners?
My partner is back at work so I only wake him up for nappy changes (my back still kills me after c-section). I breastfeed and our little dude eats every 2-3 hours and then takes a while to settle again. I know if I passed him to my partner, it would just be another thing to wake baby up even more. And I feel bad because he’s back at work.
So I spend most of the night awake.
3 weeks PP, so my milk supply is still calibrating and bottles aren’t an option until 5 weeks or so.
I also really struggle with day time sleeping and with going to bed early, so the idea of him taking baby 7pm-1am and me doing 1am-7am would also cost me sleep.
I’m so tired, I’m absolutely losing it 😭

6 weeks sleeping short
Is 2-3h sleep still normal for 6 weeks old? I thought they'd longer stretches by now

Pacifier
Any tips for getting toddler off pacifier? She doesn’t use it as much as she used to but it seems like when she’s sleepy or trying to self soothe she wants it but I’m trying to get her off of it completely she’s almost 2 and I don’t want it to effect her teeth or anything
